Who am I?
Roy Robbins is an award-winning playwright with four plays and, more recently, a book of poems to his credit. North is his debut novel. Robbins studied poetry with James Dickey at the University of South Carolina, theater in New York, and literature at the University of Virginia. His most recent work, a book of poetry entitled Poster Art Nights, was published in 2015. Robbins lives in rural Virginia with his wife, the author Susan Pepper Robbins, who writes novels about the South and teaches writing at Hampden-Sydney College. Read more.
